The fastest growing field was in rotation in 2024, according to a new research from Simply Business.
The average rotation of gas sales in the United Kingdom was 74,387 pounds, an increase of 12 percent from 66,206 pounds in 2023.
The research also reveals trades with the highest average rotation rate and towns of the United Kingdom, as merchants have achieved more than the utmost in 2024.
Which merchants earned more?
Builders had the highest annual rotation rate among UK traders in 2024 at a price of 110,260 pounds.
After builders, the leading trading in terms of its acquired rotation in 2024 was Driliners, Groundwork, and Glazeriers and flooring contractors.
After the surplus gas, the other trading was with the largest growth in the average annual rotation:
- Bath, bedroom and kitchen clutches
- Heavy goods drivers
- Painter and decoration
- Cleaners
Each of them recorded a period of five percent rotation compared to 2023.
The average rate of roof rotation is about a third
Bishop witnessed the largest decrease in its average rotation, a decrease of 30 percent from 81,517 pounds in 2023
There was also a significant decrease in the average gardeners’ rotation rate (-13 percent) and Earth’s staff (-12 percent).
The total circulation continues to decline
In general, commercial companies in the UK received average rotation rate of 66172 pounds in 2024, a decrease of 3 percent from 68,474 pounds in 2023 and reduced 20 percent from 82,821 pounds in 2022.
This recent data tells a similar story to 2023, where only nine of the best 20 merchants have recorded an increase in the average annual rotation rate.
Some reasons for the decrease in the average rotation rate since 2022 can include:
- The long -term effect of the cost of the living crisis that affects the ability of consumers to spend
- Low inquiries due to the high costs of materials and subsequent quotes
- The continuous shortage of skills, which means that merchants reject projects

The upper cities in terms of annual sales of merchants were Chichester in West Sussex, Oxbridge in London, Watford in Herfordshere, seven Mass in Kent, and Paul in Dorset.
